Terms of Contract:
The fee for this service is $_______ including collection and that is to be paid at the time
of breeding. Shipping is extra and is not included in the stud service fee. If Dam is boarded/housed, and additional fee of $35 a day is to be at time of Breeding. AKC REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION OF SIRE WILL NOT BE SIGNED OFF FOR THIS BREEDING UNTIL PAID IN FULL.
CONDITIONS STUD OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Provide dam owner with a complete three generation pedigree of the dog.
2. Take normal adequate care of the dam while in our care (Does not apply with shipping semen).
If Dam is Boarded/Housed: The Frolicking French is not liable for any health issues of the dam at any time. The Frolicking French will keep a leash on the dam when outdoors, feed 2-3 times a day, and allow time for play/socialization. The Frolicking French will contact dam owner(s) immediately if any issue occurs. Dog owners/agent initials: _________
3. Have the stud dog in good physical condition, current with annual vaccinations and a
clear Brucellosis test.
4. Sign litter registration promptly and return to dam owner.
5. Provide a return stud service up to three times of the same dog to the same dam if no
pregnancy results from the mating at no charge, (shipping and collection not included). To receive the return service, the dam owner must notify the stud dog owner of failure to conceive, in writing, not more than 70 days following the mating. If the stud is no longer available for
whatever reason for the return service, the stud owner or agent reserves the right to
offer a different stud to the dam owner.
6. Provide the dam owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a record of the
breeding dates.

DAM OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Pay the agreed stud service fee before the dam is serviced.
2. Provide a three-generation pedigree before servicing.
3. Provide veterinary certificate of current annual vaccinations.
4. Send dam in good health and in season.
5. Notify stud dog owner/agent, in writing, no later than 70 days after mating if no
pregnancy results from the mating. Failure to do so will result in no return service
being provided.
6. Keep the dam properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog could
mate her accidentally before mating season is finished.
7. Agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result of this mating to
any person or firm connected with the business of resale or wholesale of dogs.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
1. One puppy born alive or dead DOES NOT constitute a litter. However, if only one puppy results from this mating, a return service will be provided at no charge to this same dam at
her next heat or within one year, provided all conditions of this contract have been
met. Dam owner will be required to pay for shipping for repeat breeding.
2. If the dam fails to conceive on the return service, this contract is terminated.
3. The buyer cannot hold the seller liable, including pursue any legal action, litigation, or lawsuit for stud services at any time.
